You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding use of the Site. - Membership is not allowed to be Shared/ Transferred/ Passed to Third Parties
Members are not allowed to share/ transfer/ pass the membership to third parties. Effective 27th October 2021, if the system capture/notice that there is existing active session accessed via another device(s) under the same account, the system will automatically force logout the existing session. The LelongTips.com.my administrator reserves the right to suspend all types of membership. - Fraud in Account
The administrator reserve the right to suspend the membership and required the member to change the password when the system capture/ notice that there is a fraud in the membership account. - Revision of Terms
These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time which revision may or may not be posted for whatsoever reason on the Site. These revisions will be effective immediately. Please check with our office from time to time so as to ensure that any changes/revision not reflected in the Site is made known to you. By using this Site after we have changed the Terms of Use you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If, for any reason, you do not agree to abide by our Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.

You acknowledge that LelongTips.com.my has rights to change the subscription method/services for its existing members (general membership and VIP membership) without any notice to you and you agree that you shall have no claim against LelongTips.com.my other than what has been specified in this clause. In the event of such change of subscription method/services, you would be given an opportunity to either convert your membership to the new subscription method/services or seek for a refund in accordance with our refund policy. You agree that you shall have no other rights/options other than the options mentioned herein in the event of such change of subscription method/services. - Refund Policy
Generally, there is no refund/ cancellation/ termination of membership upon signing up/ payment of the membership or credits top up. However, in the event of the decision to change the subscription method/services by LelongTips.com.my and in the event you do not wish to subscribe to the new subscription method/services, LelongTips.com.my will refund to you, on a prorated basis, the membership fee paid by you for the year. - Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LelongTips.com.my, and any of its affiliates or related entities and the officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents of each of them from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs, including, but not limited to, legal fees, arising from your use of our services, your violation of the Terms of Use or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. The Terms of Use will inure to the benefit of LelongTips.com.my's successors, assigns and licensees.
