KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd has collaborated with Affin Bank Bhd through their latest mortgage acquisition programme called 'Affinita’ to empower women and promote homeownership amongst them.
“Our partnership with Affin Bank is one of our many efforts to provide homebuyers with the financial support to afford their dream homes. In addition, the partnership also represents a significant step towards supporting women in various aspects of their lives, and by providing access to attractive financial support, we can empower women to achieve their dreams of property ownership, among other things.
“Under this specially catered programme for women, UEM Sunrise underscores our continuous commitment to advancing women's rights and fostering gender equality and inclusion within the real estate sector,” UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Kenny Wong said in a statement.
Among the various incentives include access to Affin Bank’s Invikta Premier Banking for female customers with financing amounts exceeding RM500,000.
UEM Sunrise and Affin Bank will be holding an event at the KAIA Heights sales gallery on Nov 19, where the public can find out more about Affinita and how they can benefit from this collaboration.
